[5201] CMDB Data Analyst Specialist

Location: Braine L'Alleud, Belgium

Requirements:
• Ability to conduct targeted data quality reviews and remediation activities
• Experience with service models and integrating financial attributes in CMDBs
• Collaboration skills for validating and aligning discovered data with Discovery and Asset teams
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks (ideally for IaaS and PaaS services)
• Knowledge of data governance policies and quality metrics
• Understanding of CMDB migration processes (specifically to NS)
• Experience re-architecting dashboards on platforms like NR to utilize new CMDB data sources

Duties:
• Conduct targeted data quality reviews and remediation activities, particularly related to service models and the integration of financial attributes in the CMDB
• Collaborate with the Discovery and Asset teams to validate and align discovered data
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting frameworks for IaaS and PaaS services
• Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of data governance policies and quality metrics
• Support the planned migration of the CMDB to NS in 2025
• Focus on re-architecting existing obsolescence dashboards on NR to utilize the new CMDB on NS as the data source
